Artwork Requirements

Please upload your artwork in PDF format using CMYK colour mode.
Only vector images are suitable for printing.
Only CMYK colours can be printed.
White ink and white designs will not be printed.
Please follow our artwork guidelines to get the best printing results.
Avoid using large areas of solid colour. The natural texture of kraft paper may cause large colour areas to look uneven or slightly patchy.
Colours may appear darker when printed on kraft paper because the natural brown colour of the paper affects the final print colour.

All products are securely packed in a cardboard box before delivery.

2. I cannot find what I am looking for. Can I request a quote?

Yes. If you cannot find the product or specifications you need, please contact our customer service team. We can also provide a quote for special product requirements that are not available on our website.

3. Which paper can I choose?

We offer standard art card from 260g to 350g, as well as 250g linen paper, 300g bright white paper and 300g kraft paper.

4. How can I upload my files?

If your artwork has more than one page, you can upload one file containing all pages or separate files for each page. You can upload your artwork before or after checkout and payment. Please note that late artwork uploads may affect your expected delivery date.

5. Which file formats can I upload?

For the best printing results, we recommend submitting a PDF file using the PDF/X-1a standard. You can also upload JPEG, PNG, PSD, EPS, TIFF or AI files for an additional SGD 10.00 fee. Our graphic designers will convert these files into a print-ready PDF.
