Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At YouPrintIt, all our products are custom printed according to each customer’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy.

1. No Return / No Refund / No Exchange

All confirmed and completed orders are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect information submitted by customer
  • Spelling or design errors in customer artwork
  • Color differences between screen and printed product
  • Incorrect size, material, or finishing selected by customer
  • Late delivery caused by courier or third-party services

Customers are strongly advised to carefully check all artwork, specifications, and order details before confirming payment.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Payment is made
  • Artwork is approved
  • Production has started

If cancellation is requested before production starts, YouPrintIt reserves the right to approve or reject the request and may charge administrative or design fees.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items (Company Error Only)

We only review cases where:

  • Wrong item was produced
  • Major printing defects
  • Incorrect specifications caused by our production error

In such cases:

  • Customer must notify us within 3–5 working days after receiving the order
  • Clear photos must be provided as proof
  • We may offer reprint only (no cash refund)

4. Color & Quality Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Slight color variation (±10%) is normal due to different monitors and printing processes.
  • Final printed products may vary slightly from digital previews.
  • Such variations are not considered defects.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible to:

  • Ensure artwork is print-ready
  • Check spelling and design layout
  • Confirm order specifications before payment

YouPrintIt will not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

YouPrintIt shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business losses due to delay
  • Customer design mistakes

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
